Mimosa in bloom

Mimosa is a stunning plant that has long captivated the attention of enthusiasts. It has delicate and feathery bright flowers and a distinctive fragrance. Mimosa can grow in various environments, and the tree is found everywhere in Southern France, being resistant to dry climates.

Some consider mimosa trees invasive, but they are also planted for their ornamental value, this example is in our garden in Villa Laroque. They add vibrant colour in early Spring and attract bees and butterflies.
